Positive: Perfect little place to stay for a few days. And visit the great musea Germany has. Very clean and good bed, couch too. We’ve had so many houses in the years (ok mainly Belgium and France) with uncomfortable chairs, couches and beds that we were cheering to be comfortable. We were there when it was very warm. It can get smothery but there’s a very good quality ventilator available. And windoes can open. We were charmed with the fact everything is there in such a small space en yet comfortable as well. Also very friendly contact with owner, helpfull and attentive.
Negative: Nothing, we only missed a cutting board in the kitchenette and maybe a bit smaller coffee cups.

Positive: First of all, I have to highlight how amazing the hosts, Eva Maria and Ines, were throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt truly welcomed and comfortable. Their communication was faantastiicc, always super responsive and kind in their messages, responding to my WhatsApp inquiries in no more than 5 minutes! I love when the hosts are available during a day, you kinda feel "safe" in some ways. The property itself was in excellent condition and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the space. Additionally, the room we stayed in is the only one in the building with direct access to the terrace area, which deserves for some more extra auras :DD Close to their main train station, only a 5-7-minute walk away from the room. The neighborhood was chill and safe. You have all facilities needed for a short stay - microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, and all essential kitchenware, perfect for preparing quick meals. The room was also equipped with a hairdryer, fresh towels, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi, making it incredibly convenient. Wardrobe was missing, but we personally didn't need it at all, as we kept all the clothes and necessary stuff in our suitcases. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Mönchengladbach. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Eva Maria and Ines, for making our trip so enjoyable!
Negative: The toilet/bathroom was relatively small, especially for a tall guy like me haha. The sink was a bit lower and smaller than I’m used to, making washing slightly challenging. However, it was such a minor inconvenience that it didn’t require any significant attention. Maybe I'm just tall :DD haha

Positive: Location is not so far from Hbh, only 10 minutes walk. Tea, coffee (with an espresso machine) and sugar is from the house. The property is expecting you with a bottle of water and some sweets from the house. Very clean apartment, comfortable bed.
Negative: The entrance door is not a good quality one and is not noise isolated, so you can hear everyone who comes and leave from the building. I would recommend to include some slippers for the guests.
